What are the responsibilities and job description for the Textile Product Intern position at Nassimi LLC?
Product Intern:
The team at Nassimi is looking for a paid Product Intern to join the NYC team to help and assist the Product Development and Sampling team on projects and daily tasks. We are looking for some who has an interest in product development and textiles that is willing to jump into some projects for the term. This position would start mid May and could through the fall semester.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Helping cut samples for customer requests.
- Help keep the sample room organized.
- Review product samples
- Help create mock-up cards.
- Working with PD team to coordinate and send out packages.
- Assisting team with new product mailings.
Requirements:
- College student pursuing a Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in groups
- Strong eye for detail
- Organizational skills
- A good eye for color
- Minimum of 15 hours per week
- Ability to commute to Midtown Manhattan Office
