We are looking for an experienced sewist as we enter an exciting new chapter in our journey. With 2026 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need a skilled fabricator to take the lead on sewing and fitting of all soft-goods.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $19/hr to $25/hr and individual pay is commensurate based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.

- Efficient use of materials - pattern-making, sewing, fitting.
- Deliver finished product on specified deadlines.
- Maximize productivity of RES investment in textile fabrication tools and equipment.
- Introduce innovative new offerings, techniques and materials.
- Set and maintain exceptional production standards.
- Create schedule and perform equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all areas are clean and all safety standards are adhered to. Document all processes.
- Maintain an adequate supply of materials through a standard cycle count procedure at RES.
- Complete requisitions for additional materials/supplies as needed per project.
- Awareness of department schedules and workload.
- Ensure proper manufacturing specifications and installation instructions of all soft-goods.
- Participate in project and departmental meetings.
- Provide leadership and share expertise in all matters concerning soft-goods.
- Documentation and training of production and maintenance processes.
