Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support contact center solutions (IVR, routing, omnichannel) using Genesis
- Configure and integrate SAP C4C and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Work on CTI / API integrations between contact center and CRM systems
- Handle requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support
Must-Have
- Strong contact center architecture & operations knowledge
- Experience with CRM contact center integration
- Good stakeholder communication and ability to work remotely
