Role: Genesys Contact Center Consultant
Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: Contract – On-site
We are looking for an experienced Contact Center professional with strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX to support and enhance customer service operations. The role involves working with modern CRM platforms like SAP Cloud for Customer and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support Genesys-based contact center solutions
- Handle day-to-day support, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Work closely with business and technical teams to improve customer service processes
- Integrate or collaborate with CRM systems like SAP C4C and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system stability and performance
