About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance a Compliance Automation Platform that supports regulatory, governance, and operational compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise in Node.js and Python, along with experience building scalable web applications, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
You will play a key role in developing automation capabilities, maintaining collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and internal portals, and building solutions that improve compliance workflows and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Compliance Automation Platform applications.
- Build and enhance APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, Express.js, and Flask.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, Wikis, and internal collaboration portals.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Build modern front-end applications using React.js, Redux, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop database solutions using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
