Job Description:
- 7-8 years of experience in SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM, Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Configure and integrate organizational structures, position management, job requisition processes, and employee self-service features within SAP HR modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with finance and HR controls .
- Support ongoing administration: manage user roles, data synchronization, and master data activities across HR and Concur platforms.
- Conduct workshops and training for end-users and stakeholders across both HR and expense management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage escalations, and perform regression testing during upgrades or system enhancements.
- Collaborate across IT, HR, and finance to ensure seamless integrations, data consistency, and process compliance.
- Document configurations, business processes, and test cases for audit and continuous improvement purposes.
- Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets related to the SAP HR Concur module
