What We Stand For and Where You'll Come In

We are seeking a General Machinery / Manufacturing Mechanic to join our promotional products team at our Ronkonkoma, NY location. 

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, who enjoys problem-solving and maintaining machinery. The General Machinery / Manufacturing Mechanic will play a key role in ensuring the functionality of our manufacturing processes, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency.

How You'll Make an Impact

Equipment Maintenance & Repair:

• Diagnose and repair industrial and manufacturing equipment, including printers, conveyors, embroidery, and silk screen machines.  
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.

Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively and implement timely solutions.  
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machinery performance and enhance production capability.

Safety & Organization:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.  
• Document maintenance activities and repairs accurately for future reference.

We're Excited About You Because You Have:✔ Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing industrial/manufacturing equipment.✔ Familiarity with printers, conveyors, embroidery, and silk screen machines.✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.✔ Fluent or conversational Spanish is a plus.
