How You’ll Make An Impact
Order Management
- Accurately enter and review customer orders in our system
- Follow orders from entry through completion, ensuring delivery meets expectations
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Production, and Shipping
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries
- Provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and build strong client relationships
- Ensure clear and timely communication at all stages of the order process
- Maintain accuracy under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and coordinating special requests
- Help maintain data integrity across systems
- You have prior experience in order entry or customer service (experience with promotional products a plus!)
- You’re a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- You communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- You bring a positive attitude and a team-first mindset
