We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Clarksville location. Candidates must possess great time management and organizational skills, be motivated, committed, and dependable team players who are able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is for 4 days per week (Monday through Friday with set off day), 10 hours per day.

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Able to set up patients in exam room, review their medical history, and obtain a detailed HPI.
- Able to explain procedures to patients and consent patient.
- Able to scribe for provider during visit, and fill out lab and requisition forms correctly.
- Able to set-up for and assist provider with all procedures including, but not limited to, biopsies and excisions.
- Able to administer lidocaine injections and IM injections.
- Able to perform wound dressings and give post-op instructions to patients.
- Able to call patients to inform of biopsy and lab results and schedule further treatment accordingly.
- Able to clean, package and sterilize instruments.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA protocols.
- Knowledgeable about OSHA protocols.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Current LPN License.
- Dermatology experience preferred, but not required.
