Our associates spend quality time helping pet parents make the best choices. Our staff works as a team and all are involved with customer service, maintaining the sales floor, plus helping with the business tasks like processing orders or performing the closing book work at night. Employees must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds easily and be on their feet during the entire shift. All tasks must be accomplished while staying focused on “extreme” customer service which includes carrying purchases to the customer’s car and escorting them with umbrellas when it rains.
Our stores are open 7 days a week and all of our team members work a variety of shifts including opening, closing, and weekends. We offer benefits including insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, discounts, and free pet food. Be part of our loving team!
