The Non Profit Outreach Specialist will be responsible for supporting campaigns that highlight the goals and values of each non profit partner we serve. The Non Profit Outreach Specialist will be working with members of the public to raise awareness, answer questions, and encourage meaningful engagement with local initiatives. This Non Profit Outreach Specialist position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about service and skilled in communication.
Non Profit Outreach Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Non Profit Outreach Specialist for non profit partners by participating in, in person events and engaging the community on their behalf.
- Share each non profit’s message clearly with diverse audiences to ensure understanding and interest.
- Build trust and connections with community members, donors, and local stakeholders through meaningful conversations.
- Record detailed notes on outreach activities, capturing feedback and community engagement data accurately.
- Work closely with team members to coordinate efforts and support the overall success of each outreach campaign.
What We’re Looking For in a Non Profit Outreach Specialist:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field preferred but not required
- Previous customer-facing or outreach experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in supporting non profit missions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and community-focused
