Production Worker 2nd and 3rd Shift

Currently looking for Full-Time Manufacturing Assemblers for all shifts to hire in Nashville, IL. Interested candidates should have at least 3* years *of continuous work experience and be reliable and flexible with stable work history and attendance.

Compensation: Production Worker

• Staring hourly rate:$21.12.
• After 90 days of probation - hourly rate: $22.12
• Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance after 30 days

Responsibilities: Manufacturing

· Unload parts off of WIP racks and inspect parts for defects.

· Assemble parts according to each part’s specifications using hand tools such as screw guns, rivet guns, etc., while keeping up with the speed of the moving production line.

· Repair and rework parts as necessary.

· Operate scanners to identify parts and print appropriate labels.

· Place appropriate identification stickers in parts.

· Perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions.

· Apply part protection film and / or protective covers to finished parts as required.

· Inspect to assure quality of parts that they assembled meet quality standards.

· Mark defective parts for rework and place on rework racks.

· Load all finished parts into the shipping racks to be sent to our customers.

· Place identification tags in finished goods racks.

· Maintain an acceptable attendance record and work overtime as required.

· Maintain a clean and safe work area.

· Participate in department meetings.

· Complete documentation of activities as required.

· Submit cost reduction and Innovation ideas.

· Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:Manufacturing

· High School diploma/transcript or GED-original must be presented at interview

· Three years of continuous work experience

· Exceptional attendance record

· Currently employed

· No gaps in employment

· Previous industrial/production work experience in the last 10 years

· Must work well with others, team orientated

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written

· Able to at least meet the physical demands as defined by the current production requirements and the job function evaluation

· Able to work in a manufacturing environment using normal PPE and safety precautions

· Reliable transportation

· Great attention to detail
