Nascentia Home Aides is now providing PAID Home Health Aide training to all qualified candidates that are accepted into our HHA training program. $1000 sign on bonus.
Job Description: The Home Health Aide assists in the provision of home health care services by providing quality and safe delivery of home health aide services that meet the needs of the client as determined by professional assessment. Home health aide duties are carried out under the supervision of a registered nurse.We hold a (3) three week long training program for those not certified, M-F 8a-4:30p. Attendance is mandatory.
Requirements:
- Own, reliable transportation required.
- A passion to help others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Status: Full time, Part time & weekend positions available
