We are looking for a receptionist at our Nara's Therapeutic Thai Massage & Day Spa for Friday-Sunday (Fri-Sat, 9:30am-9:00pm, and Sunday 9.30am-8pm ). Front Desk Receptionist serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them to the appropriate massage room; notifies massage therapists and customers of appointments; maintains comfort, organization, and telecommunications system.
Receptionist Job Duties:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains security by following procedures, checking customers out appropriately, and managing money.
- Maintains telecommunication system by communicating with customers and massage therapists on the phone regarding appointments.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Assists massage therapists with room preparation and cleaning as needed.
