Naval Academy Primary and Secondary (NAPS) is seeking a nurturing and energetic Preschool (PreK) Lead Classroom Teacher to create a warm and engaging early learning environment. This full-time position focuses on fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of our youngest learners through structured play, exploration, and foundational academic skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that support early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
- Establish a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment where children feel secure and encouraged to explore.
- Use hands-on, play-based learning strategies to promote curiosity and foundational skills.
- Support early language development through storytelling, songs, and interactive discussions.
- Observe and assess student progress, communicating regularly with parents about their child’s growth and milestones.
- Collaborate with teacher aides and other staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
