We are seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to support our service operations in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate claim processing, compliance, and timely reimbursement from manufacturers.

What You’ll Own
- Book, submit, and manage warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Review and code repair orders to meet factory compliance standards
- Stay current on warranty policies and proactively review new recalls, TSBs, and factory bulletins as released
- Work across multiple OEM brands, expanding your warranty expertise
- Track and follow up on claim payments and rejections
- Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting
- Support service and body shop warranty workflows
- Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role.
What Makes You a Fit
- Proven automotive warranty administration experience
- CDK experience strongly preferred
- Multi-brand experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to pass background check and drug screen
- Must be 18 years old
