Experienced Automotive Accounting Biller

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Biller to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining seamless communication with clients and internal departments. Your expertise will help uphold the integrity of our financial operations while providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Billing new and used retail car deals for multiple locations
• Processing trade-in payoffs
• Reconciling schedules
• Posting funding notices
• Additional accounting duties as assigned

Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and technical accounting concepts
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, spreadsheets creation, and data analysis for reporting purposes
• Ability to perform detailed data entry with high accuracy while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
