Pay: $20–$22/hr (Full-Time, based on experience)
Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Location: Mount Dora, Naples, FL
What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Meet and Track goals and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years as Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder
- 2 years retail sales experience
- Proven ability to meet goals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- 18 years of age, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background screening.
Experience:
