As an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the store by overseeing inventory, cash and credit management, and supervising sales associates, mechanics and technicians. A successful candidate will enjoy problem solving, possess strong leadership abilities, be able to interact regularly with customers and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cohort of salespeople.
- Approve new hires.
- Review performance.
- Monitor store operations.
- Be aware of competitors' activities.
- Be available to consumers at all times.
- Ensure that tasks are completed on time and correctly.
- Supervise staff.
