Description

The Regional Fleet Manager drives the performance of assigned fleets through direct leadership of Driver Leaders. This role serves as a key accountability partner, providing coaching, performance oversight, and issue resolution across daily fleet operations to ensure productivity, on-time delivery, and retention goals are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Operations team through coaching and accountability
• Serve as a go-to resource for escalations and problem-solving
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve operational barriers and improve execution
• Balance accountability with advocacy, maintaining a driver-focused culture while ensuring operational excellence in on time delivery, productivity, and service quality
• Analyze service failures and reoccurring driver issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  
  

Skills

• 5 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, or a related operational role
• Previous management experience required
• Positive energy & a solution-focused mindset
• Motivated by helping others & driving the right outcomes.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, and deliver in a dynamic environment
