As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing daily freight assignments and managing load life cycles within a designated region/customer base. Your primary goal is to ensure shipments are covered in a timely and cost-effective manner using qualified carriers that meet NEL’s hiring criteria.

✅ Negotiate and hustle to maximize profitability.
✅ Solve problems in real time and keep freight moving.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Monthly Bonus
- Your earnings are based on your ability to hustle, negotiate, and successfully cover loads.
- Competitive base of 50-55k plus uncapped monthly bonus.
- Monthly bonus opportunity earnings on average $1,000 - $3,000 per month based on performance

Who We're Looking For:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Familiarity with freight brokerage or truckload operations (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work onsite at either our Cranberry Township or Mechanicsburg office.
