- Leads a fleet of professional drivers to consistently meet or exceed key performance objectives by enforcing company policies, driving process improvements, and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Balances accountability with advocacy, promoting a driver-focused culture grounded in respect, clear expectations, and continuous development.
