- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff during service
- Ensure consistent preparation, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Assist with ordering, inventory, prep planning, and waste control
- Train new cooks and maintain a positive, team-focused culture
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Contribute to maintaining a smooth, efficient, and organized kitchen
- Culinary experience in a full-service, high-volume environment
