- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Report event details or feedback to management after each event.
- Serve meals in various settings, including buffet, plated, or drop-off style events.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Napa Flats Catering and take pride in your work.
- Previous server experience, with catering experience preferred.
- Knowledge of menu items and the ability to describe them to guests.
- General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
- Effective listening and customer response skills.
- Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
