- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficient in basic math for order accuracy and cash handling
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to facilitate order coordination
