Job Summary
Job Summary
The job of Senior Program Manager Early Learning Services is done for the purpose of overseeing program operations and assigned staff within the Early Learning Services Department; implementing and monitoring program components, enrollment processes, and compliance requirements; managing fiscal activities and supervising fiscal staff; overseeing facilities projects and other activities as assigned; assisting with the development and monitoring of budgets and grants; compiling and reporting program data; and presenting information and promoting early learning programs and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Job-related experience within a specialized field is required, with emphasis in program or project management, fiscal oversight, grant compliance, and personnel management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in job-related area with an emphasis in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
• Driver’s License and evidence of insurability may be required.
