Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute chronic conditions
-
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
-
Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care

Educate patients on preventive health and wellness

Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools

MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization
-
Active New York State NP license
-
Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP)

EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
-
FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
-
DEA preferred or willingness to obtain

Preferred: 1 year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
