Responsibilities
- Cut, fillet, and prepare fish with precision using proper knife skills and food handling techniques
- Package seafood products efficiently while maintaining food safety standards
- Fill customer orders accurately, ensuring all items meet quality expectations
- Assist in food preparation tasks to support overall kitchen operations
- Handle deliveries by organizing and transporting products safely to customers or retail outlets
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction during order pickup or delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or kitchen environments, preferably within the food industry or restaurant setting
- Strong knife skills and experience in meat or fish cutting techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to operate packaging equipment efficiently and accurately fill orders
