Position: Assistant Coach / Varsity Boys Basketball Reports To: Head Coach and Athletic Director Job Goal: To assist the head coach in all aspects of the varsity basketball program and support player development and team success. Qualifications: Prior coaching or playing experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Responsibilities: Assist with practice planning and game management Support athletes in skill development and academic growth Uphold program values and safety standards Compensation: Per NTA contract
