Position Overview:
We are looking for a Varsity Girls & Boys Diving Head Coach to lead our high school diving program. You will teach springboard techniques, manage team practices and meets, and build a safe, competitive, and supportive environment for student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach fundamental and advanced springboard diving techniques safely.
Plan and run daily practices and manage team lineups for meets.
Ensure athlete safety during all pool training and competitions.
Encourage strong character, academic focus, and team sportsmanship.
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and athletic staff.
Qualifications:
Previous diving experience (coaching or competitive diving preferred).
Active CPR/AED, First Aid, and Water Safety/Lifeguard certifications (or ability to get certified before the season).
Knowledge of high school diving rules and scoring.
