What are the responsibilities and job description for the Takeout Service Associate position at Nantucket Grill?
We are looking for Takeout Specialists who are quick learners, think critically, & thrive under pressure. If you are able to do well as a Takeout Specialist, we plan to cross train you at our Host position in the future.

Job Duties Always Include:
- Taking to-go orders over the phone
- Taking payment & being responsible for your cash drawer
- Double checking & handing out to-go orders to customers
- Confirming that to-go orders are complete and payment has been received before handing out the order
- Working closely with management & taking direction from manager
- Restocking, cleaning, etc.
Pay: Your pay is based on take-out tips. Our takeouts make a minimum of $15 per hour between their tips and hourly pay. For the right individual we would like to cross train at our Host position in future which averages more.
