A little about Nantucket Durham:
We are a very busy & fast paced restaurant serving quality steak & seafood. We are currently hiring experienced servers who are accustomed to very busy rushes, are reliable, and have sincere/positive attitudes. Our servers tend to stay with us for years, so we don't hire waitstaff very often. Our management is consistent - we have all been with Nantucket for years - no revolving doors here. We operate as a team - we help each other, we run food for each other, etc. If you get easily frustrated/snap under pressure, have a bad attitude, and cannot truly be a team player, please move along. We have a good thing going here - it's lucrative and a good workplace - and it is VERY important to us to continue that!
