- Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong blueprint reading skills with understanding of GD&T
- Knowledge with metrology equipment (CMM programming, etc.)
- Understanding of metrology principles and measurement techniques
- Working familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, independence, and self-motivation.
- Preferred Qualifications
- 2 year certificate in CNC machining
- Machining experience (e.g., CNC operation, tool & die making, or hands-on production machining, tight tolerances.)
- Experience in inspection programming and operating inspection equipment.
