About the Role
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for the Indianapolis office. The primary objectives for this role are the following:
- Apply cash receipts against each customer’s account
- Be main resource for all customer inquiries
- Manage efficient and effective collections of AR for North America
- Send statements and notices to customers
- Application of payments to open invoices on customer accounts
- Responsible for all collection activities and communications with US and Canadian customers
- Perform collection activities including calls and emails to US & Canadian customers
- Assist in the development and refinement of the collections function for North America
- Submit customer credit checks using third party online portal
- Manage monthly reporting of past due amounts to third-party credit insurers.
- Report DSO analysis for Board reporting monthly
- Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience working with an ERP or accounting system
- Minimum of 2 years related Accounts Receivable experience
- D365 Experience
Required Skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written communication
- Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships
- Willingness to be part of a team-unit and cooperate in the accomplishment of shared goals and objectives

Pay range and compensation package
Annual salary $58,000 to $60,000 USD
