Summary
You’ll play a vital role in patient care and clinic flow by supporting both front and back office functions. From welcoming patients and taking vitals to assisting with procedures and helping our providers deliver the best care possible, your work helps create a smooth, supportive experience for every person who walks through our doors.
Job Descriptions
- Preparing patients and exam rooms for visits
- Taking vitals, administering vaccines, and assisting with EKGs or blood draws
- Documenting clearly and accurately in our EHR system
- Supporting with scheduling, phone calls, and patient messages
- Collaborating closely with providers, nurses, and admin staff
- Always showing respect, empathy, and care to each patient
What We’re Looking For:
- in English and Korean
- Current MA certification, or LVN/RN license (or willing to obtain MA certification within a set timeframe) preferred
- Confident in phlebotomy, injections, and clinical workflows
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- EHR/EMR familiarity and a willingness to keep learning
