What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nanny / Baby Sitter / House Manager position at Nanny?
We’re a laid-back, loving family in search of a warm, organized, and reliable nanny/household manager to help keep things running smoothly. We have two awesome girls, ages 9 and 12, who are super self-sufficient and fun to be around!
What We’re Looking For:
Someone energetic, trustworthy, and kind who can become a natural extension of our family. We value flexibility, great communication, and someone who’s proactive and takes initiative.
Your Role Includes:
- Morning routine: Help get the girls on the bus Tuesday through Thursday.
- Flexible start times: Mondays and Fridays have a later, more relaxed start.
- After-school support: Occasional homework help and getting the girls to their activities.
- Household management:
- Run everyday errands
- Do laundry
- Keep things tidy and organized
- Free time: Kids are in school during the day, so as long as tasks are completed, you’ll have plenty of flexibility for personal time or errands of your own.
Hours & Pay:
- 30-40 hours/week
- Long-term position with a stable, friendly family
