Role Description
This is a Part-time, 30 hours, on-site role for an ambitious, experienced Placement director at Nannies On The Go. The candidate will be responsible for helping source and interview potential nanny candidates, pairing them with families based on compatibility and requirements and overseeing all related paperwork. The role also involves creating meaningful professional relationships with both families and nannies, ensuring high-quality placements, and providing ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have a history of initiating and completing tasks without oversight. Opportunity for growth within the company.
Qualifications
- Recruiting, Interviewing, and Screening skills
- Strong Communication and Relationship-building abilities
- Understanding of Childcare and Nanny Industry
- Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks in the office and Prioritize effectively
- Experience in Customer Service or Human Resources is a plus
- Instinct to follow through and execute
- College Education preferably with coursework in Psychology, Human Resources, Child Development, or related field
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
