ABOUT THIS JOB:
Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) will work closely with the sales and marketing teams and be responsible for proactive outbound lead prospecting and lead activity management, owning the lead from inception through qualification and nurturing before passing it onto the applicable account executive for demos. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is driven to succeed. This SDR position will work specifically with our AXOMO software that assists companies world wide in brand management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set Appointments/Demos with clients for the AXOMO Sales Team
- Outbound lead sourcing from phone calls, email, LinkedIn, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Etc.
- Communicating with inbound leads in a professional and timely manner
- Document and build a complete client profile in our CRM
- Help track the progress of leads and re-engage them as needed
- Meet and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Maintain HubSpot task list to organize lead gen efforts
- All other duties as assigned

Requirements
Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States
Must perform Pre-Employment drug test
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

- Solid understanding of the sales cycle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to keep information organized and maintain accurate records

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels

SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time) - In Office
WORK SPACE INFO:
This job exists in an office environment working on a computer for 8-9 hours per day.
TRAINING:
Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
