What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Supervisor position at Nalara Quality System LLC?
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and internal material transfers between production areas.
- Coordinate inbound raw material deliveries and outbound finished goods shipments to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
- Collaborate with production planners to ensure materials are available for scheduled manufacturing runs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS system, lead monthly and annual cycle counts.
- Oversee packaging, labeling, and documentation for all outbound shipments in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Supervise warehouse employees to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
