- Develop dashboards and data automation using analytic software (Power BI, Advana, Qlik, etc.) to display budgetary and acquisition insights for executive DON stakeholders.
- Create workflow automations using analytic software (Power Automate, Microsoft Planner, etc.) to improve operational efficiency for the client.
- Analyze budgetary data in Microsoft Excel to produce executive reports, distilling quantitative information into actionable insights for executive DON stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior DoD and Government officials on special projects that may cover topics related to strategic management, organizational change, budget, acquisition policy, and more.
- Develop high-level, professional briefings, reports, and strategic communications.
- Provide business operations support as necessary, including but not limited to meeting and event coordination, travel management, official meeting documentation, and financial and HR reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience with data analysis, automation, and dashboard creation.
- Experience developing recommendations and briefing senior officials.
- Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- Proven experience managing client relationships; Navy experience is highly desired.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
