Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to manage client communication, scheduling, and internal systems. This is a key role that keeps our operation running smoothly and ensures a professional experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging
- Schedule consultations, training sessions, and programs
- Manage invoicing and payment tracking
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Coordinate internally with trainers and staff
- Ensure a consistent, professional client experience from first contact to program completion
What We’re Looking For
- Prior administrative or client service experience (required)
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar strongly preferred)
- Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and responsive
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks without things slipping through the cracks
- Reliable, accountable, and comfortable working in a structured environment
