What You'll Do
- Support the Order Entry team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Help expedite orders, paperwork, documents, and other information between departments.
- Communicate with team members to help resolve questions, delays, or missing information.
- Track and follow up on outstanding items to help keep orders and workflow moving.
- Enter, review, and update information using company computer systems.
- Deliver and retrieve paperwork, documents, and other materials throughout the facility as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is complete and properly routed.
- Respond professionally to changing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
- Work closely with multiple departments and team members to support efficient operations.
- Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
This position is not exclusively desk-based. The employee must be able to regularly move throughout the facility while performing assigned responsibilities. Duties may involve extended periods of walking and standing in addition to sitting and performing computer-based work.
