With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we are expanding our Service Team and seeking a dedicated Technical Service and Order Fulfillment Associate to join us in providing exceptional technical assistance to our valued customers.

As a Technical Service and Order Fulfillment Associate at ND, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective technical support. The ideal candidate is technically or mechanically inclined, possesses excellent communication skills and is committed to resolving customer issues with a high level of professionalism.

Immediate opening, first shift

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step guidance for issue resolution.
• Identify and quote required parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Process customer orders and proactively review and work with purchasing and manufacturing departments to ensure on time delivery. Notify customers of any delays and update them on shipping information.
• Order fulfillment - select inventory, professionally pack and label parts for shipment.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers via phone and email.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and management to enhance overall customer support efficiency.
• Identify stock-outs and low-stock for reorder.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical support role
• General knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic components, systems preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues effectively.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• High School diploma, higher education or certification preferred.
• High computer proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Prior use of MRP and/or ERP systems in a production work environment.
• Reliable and effective communication skills.
• B2B and direct consumer quoting and sales order processing.
• Must be reliable, fast & accurate with attention to detail, and able to thrive in a fast paced multivariable, continuously changing production environment.
