Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Islandia, NY, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves sourcing and evaluating commercial real estate opportunities, including office, industrial, retail, and land properties, and advising clients on leasing, acquisition, and disposition strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research and property analyses, preparing financial models and marketing materials, and maintaining accurate property and client records. The advisor will negotiate lease and sale terms, coordinate property tours and client meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client service. Building and maintaining relationships with owners, tenants, investors, and external partners is essential, along with consistent prospecting and business development activities.

Qualifications
