Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Islandia, NY for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor. The Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their commercial property needs and provide tailored solutions for acquisitions, leasing, and investments. Daily responsibilities will include conducting market research, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and managing property listings. The role also involves fostering and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate transactions
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and effectively negotiate deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools utilized in real estate transactions
- Active real estate license in New York State
- Experience in the Long Island real estate market is a plus
