Job Description: We are looking for experienced servers to join our team at NAGS Bar & Kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide customers with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in on tables and addressing any concerns they may have
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
