Salary: $160,000 - $190,000

Global agency is looking to hire a commercially minded, senior level, quantitative researcher to be the engine behind some of the company’s most important accounts.
THE COMPANY
Global agency who work across all sectors, they are renowned for their ability to interpret the consumer mindset and provide a strategic narrative for their clients. This role would sit within their specialist Quantitative Research team who have an influential relationship with their clients. They work on mainly USA projects with the occasional multi-market study for clients across a range of sectors from FMCG, retail through to tech, lifestyle brands and leisure.
THE ROLE
As a Client Consulting Lead you will play a key role in developing and leading key client accounts and big level projects. You will be a key leader and responsible for mentoring and developing the mid and junior level team members. Projects range from segmentation, evaluation and testing, attitude and usage and other strategic narratives with the occasional brand tracking study. As a Consulting Lead you will be looked upon to lead the projects and depending upon the size, either delegate to juniors or be hands on with the analysis. This is a highly commercial role, so you will be looked upon to develop plans for generating new clients.
THE SKILLS
It is crucial that this candidate has experience developed in an agency environment (either research, brand or advertising) and has hands-on quantitative research skills, ideally focussed on more ad hoc studies. A track record of leading and developing global client relationships is also a must have. Furthermore, an ability to effectively lead mid to junior level team members is also a bonus. Lastly, a desire to help grow the coverage of the team through seminar and conference appearances or developing white papers would be advantageous. The role will be based 3-days per week out of the Chicago office.
