You will manage the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role where responsibility shifts between departments. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they comprehend our model, and whether enrollment decisions reflect genuine fit. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.
We welcome applicants from premium service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or owner-operators with direct experience managing high-stakes client relationships from start to finish. What counts is your capacity to execute a sophisticated, multi-phase process with sound judgment, transparency, and consistent follow-through. What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and extending through onboarding.
- Facilitating needs-based conversations to evaluate fit prior to proposing solutions or advising on next steps.
- Overseeing 20 concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, maintaining clear tracking of status and required follow-up actions.
- Guiding campus visits, shadow days, and enrollment conversations that transparently convey outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring accurate documentation in CRM and student information systems (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, task prioritization, and service excellence.
- Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
- Accepting families who represent poor fit solely to achieve enrollment targets.
- Overseeing large teams or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple stakeholders.
- Operating remotely. This position requires campus presence.
Execute and oversee a selective, trust-based enrollment process that secures mission-aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model.
Basic Requirements
- 3 years providing premium, individualized service in settings where quality of service directly influences brand standing (including education, high-end hospitality, executive assistance, exclusive membership organizations, or owner-managed services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment cycle from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Experience managing 20 simultaneous client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization system.
- Capacity to supply specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your offering when alignment was lacking.
- Professional writing experience with senior leadership, affluent clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to Denver, CO or Park City, UT.
- Authorized for employment in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Experience with admissions at selective private schools or enrollment in competitive programs.
- Professional background in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or executive support.
- Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion quality rather than merely speed.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
