As an Executive Asssistant reporting to Nasdaq’s EVP & CIO/CTO you’ll play a critical role in enabling the CTO and senior technology leaders to operate efficiently across a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Provide primary administrative support to the CTO, and one additional senior technology executive, with light-touch support for two other leaders. Serve as a liaison across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing technology leadership events and forums. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up actions; ensure alignment across cross-functional initiatives. Welcome and host guests, clients, and vendors in person and via phone, representing the CTO’s office with professionalism and warmth. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Provide backup support to other executive assistants as needed. Help coordinate travel and event support for Nasdaq's band NLX. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a technology or innovation-focused environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability. Comfortable navigating business systems and approval workflows. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities. A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates. The base pay range for this role is $95,000 - $124,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
