Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist duties
- Enter new client information in program database for statistical reporting
- Use CES database to track clients upon arrival through completion of visit
- Schedules all new clients for orientation in coordination with operations staff
- Maintain client assessment and appointment information, including client sign-in sheet, WTWCMS and CES Database, appointment rosters, and visitors log
- Track and file charts and lists of appointments and other information
- Prepare list of clients who fail to report for assessments
- Perform photocopying, faxing, filing and typing of program documents; distributes correspondence and reports.
- Assist with outreach, coordinating and planning special projects i.e., informational breakfasts and luncheons.
- Prepares and sends client and funder mailings and letters; provides accurate invoices to Director
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associates Degree preferred
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills
- Team Player with energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual Spanish Speaker required
