We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, screening and directing calls effectively
- Handle front desk duties including mail distribution, package processing, and maintaining visitor logs
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative functions
- Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse clients and team members
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and time management techniques
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
